Offshore (Q4 2019 ->)
Be the lead Automation technition in all automation and telecom systems onboard, fulfilling the WHP C needs related to availability and maintenance of ICSS, field instruments and actuated valves, PLCs, MMIs, I/O panels, fire & gas systems, telecommunications, fiscal metering, turbine control system, IT equipment, etc;Using the computerized maintenance management system (SAP) to execute the maintenance plan and update equipment history;
Reviewing and proposing changes in maintenance routines to improve the WHP C reliability and efficiency;
Continously monitoring and adjusting the spare parts and consumables stock to ensure high equipment uptime;
Ensuring proper permit-to-work use in own area;Ensuring that vendors and contractors providing services in own area are managed safely and effectively;
Handling emergencies as part of the emergency response team;
Onshore position Pre-ops phase (November 2018 – Q4 2019)
Participate in PGII MC activities and work integrated in the Equinor Commissioning team temporarly located in USA;
Familiarize and support Equinor project team and the Operations team preparing for a seamless hand over, efficient and safe star-up of PGII.
5 years as automation or instrumentation supervisor or equivalent on oil and gas production platforms or petrochemical plants;
Instrument or automation technician from a market-recognized technical school (Senai or Cefet or other federal institution);
Fluent in english and portuguese;
Experience from Peregrino WHP’s and FPSO will be considered an advantage;
Experience with gas turbine control systems is considered a strong advantage;
Previous participation in commissioning & plant start-ups will be considered an advantage;Experience with ESP’s and fiscal metering routines will be considered an advantage;Knowledge of Brazilian applicable regulations;
Strong knowledge of Equinor management system is considered an advantage;
Efficient in using office computer systems;
Knowledge of work permit and maintenance management systems, preferably SAP.
