Leading a shift team of production control room and production operators in meeting the production targets;
Planning and ensuring timely and complete execution of safe plant preparations for work permits release;
Creating well-documented maintenance notifications for plant malfunctioning;
Ensuring high standards in housekeeping in own area;Leading specific production department tasks (production optimization efforts, processtrips investigations, etc);
Releasing work orders for the next day of the maintenance team;
Closing work orders in SAP related to the activities held in the day shift;
Ensuring proper and efficient use of production chemicals;
Identifying deviations from standard operating conditions and initiating corrective actions;
Ensuring that vendors and contractors working in own area are managed safely and effectively;
Participating in the emergency response team.
3 years in production leadership roles on oil & gas production platforms or petrochemical plants.
